Beach Rules

The cooperation of all Seascape property owners is requested in enforcing these rules and in respecting private property. Please communicate the content of these rules to members of your household and guests. If your property is rented, please post.
1. Use of beach areas is strictly for Seascape property owners and their guests.
2. Beach areas are closed from 10:00 PM to dawn.
A. The Board of Directors has the authority to close the beaches and other public areas when it believes that the circumstances dictate such action.
3. The following are not permitted on the beaches:

Fire on the beaches or any other property of Seascape Association.

Glass containers

Pets/animals between May 1 and October 1, per Town of Falmouth ordinance

Motor vehicles of any kind

Motorized watercraft (Non-motorized watercraft may be used and stored at the west end of B Beach)

Overnight sleeping on the beaches or in cars at a beach parking lot

Overnight parking at either A or B Beaches

Violation may result in car being towed away at owner’s expense

A + B Beach parking between the hours of 10:00 PM and dawn

Water skiing in the swimming area at the beaches
4. Beach users are requested to participate in keeping the beaches clean!

Everyone is responsible for the removal of his/her own litter

Snacks, as well as soft drinks and alcoholic beverages in non-glass containers, are permitted on both beaches.

Users of alcoholic beverages must be 21 years or older, Violations may be reported to the police
5. Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety of their children in Seascape.
6. Frisbee or ball playing is not allowed on the beaches in areas where others are using the beach.
7. Bicycles must be kept in or adjacent to the bike racks at each beach, leaving clear paths to the beach.
