Boating Committee Responsibilities

In accordance with the Seascape Association By-Laws:

Article X.         COMMITTEES

Section 1.        There shall be such committees as the Board believes to be necessary to conduct the business and to accomplish the purposes of the Association.  Committee Chairs shall be appointed by the President

 

Responsibilities

GENERAL

  1. Arrange for removal and installation of the docks in the Fall and Spring

  2. Monitor the condition of the docks and arrange for repairs as required

  3. Monitor the condition of the boat ramp and arrange for repairs as required.

  4. Maintain security of the boat ramp.

  5. Distribute and maintain control of the keys to the boat ramp lock.

  6. Update the rules for use of the docks and boat ramp as necessary.

  7. Monitor the use of the docks and boat ramp and ensure the rules are followed.

  8. Provide input for the president’s letter.
